  近日,商务部国际商务官员研修学院刚果(布)职业教育研修班赴济南考察,重点走访了莱芜区雪野街道王老村和中国重汽集团济南卡车有限公司,深入调研莱芜职业技术学院在职业教育助力乡村振兴和工业强市建设中的创新实践与丰硕成果。研修班成员对学院“技能赋能+产业带动”的乡村振兴模式和深化产教融合服务区域经济的经验给予高度评价,认为其为刚果(布)的发展提供了宝贵借鉴。
  在莱芜职业技术学院考察期间,商务部国际商务官员研修学院刚果(布)职业教育研修班学员听取莱芜职业技术学院情况介绍。研修班学员对中方的热情接待与精心安排表示感谢,希望通过研修,进一步加强双方在职业教育领域的交流合作,积极借鉴先进经验,推动刚果(布)职业教育与乡村振兴、工业发展的深度融合。
  莱芜职业技术学院表示,此次刚果(布)职业教育研修班的来访,搭建了中非职业教育交流的重要平台。本次研修班将展示山东职教在服务乡村振兴和工业强市建设中的经验,同时汲取刚果(布)职业教育的发展智慧和需求,在互学互鉴中深化对彼此职业教育体系的理解,增进友谊、凝聚共识,共同探索职业教育赋能发展的新路径,为中非职业教育合作写下新的篇章。
  会前,研修班一行参观了学校文物与艺术系、药品食品系、智能制造系(机械工程实训中心、国家粉末冶金智能制造虚拟仿真实训基地),了解学校在传统工艺传承与文创产品开发、生物医药与食品安全检测、先进制造技术研发、虚拟仿真教学应用等领域的探索创新与成果应用。期间,山东省高职院校教学诊断与改进专家委员会秘书长傅智端围绕山东省职业教育发展概况作报告,系统讲解山东在职业教育体系构建、产教融合政策创新、校企协同育人模式、技能人才培养质量提升等方面的举措与成效,以及职业教育如何精准对接乡村振兴、工业强省战略需求的实践经验。
  刚果(布)技术职业教育部部长顾问马邦佐・维塔尔・德尔马斯表示:“通过今天的现场考察,我感觉莱芜职业技术学院在助力乡村振兴和工业强市建设中的实践模式与创新经验十分值得我们学习借鉴,希望可以以本次活动为契机,在职业教育体系建设 产教融合机制,乡村技能人才培育 工业技术人才培养等领域与学校方面深化交流合作,共同为两国产业发展和民生改善培养更多高素质人才。”
  莱芜区雪野街道王老村是莱芜职业技术学院的对点帮扶村之一。在位于王老村的“天上的街市”乡村旅游度假区,研修班一行实地考察了山乡宿集西坡民宿、美食和民俗文化街、艺术书店、饮鹿书院等多种业态。据了解,近年来,莱芜职业技术学院主动对接乡村振兴发展战略,围绕乡村全面振兴的需要,发挥学院专业和人才优势,成立乡村振兴学院,在服务乡村振兴进程中锚定目标,精耕细作、持续发力,形成一批实践成果、理论成果和制度成果,走出了一条可复制、可推广的服务乡村振兴之路。
  “今天,我惊喜地发现了中国乡村的新风貌、新变化,通过这次实地考察也印证了昨天现场教学中所讲的职业教育一定要服务于乡村振兴的说法。作为职业教育领域的官员,我们要学习王老村的先进经验,根据市场需要,培养更多服务乡村发展的人才。”刚果(布)技术职业教育部办公厅主任阿曼德・阿亚梅帕说。
  中国重汽集团是莱芜职业技术学院的重点合作企业之一,双方在产教融合、科教融汇、人才培养、毕业生实习和就业等方面开展了卓有成效的工作。研修班一行参观考察了中国重汽集团济南卡车有限公司,走进生产车间和技术研发中心,参观了智能化生产线运行流程,听取企业与职业院校共建实训基地、定向培养技术工人的经验介绍,深入了解职业教育与高端制造产业协同发展的实践成果。据了解,莱芜职业技术学院围绕济南工业强市战略,对内设机构优化调整,将9个系整合为8个系,牵头组建2个全国性产教融合共同体和1个省级市域产教联合体,精准服务高端制造产业链。近年来,学院立项11个市校融合发展战略工程项目,为中国重汽等企业输送高技能人才2400余名,毕业生就业率超98%。
  考察结束后,研修班学员表示,莱芜职业技术学院在服务乡村振兴和工业强市中的实践令人深受启发,尤其是“产学研结合、引育训并重”的非农院校服务乡村振兴模式,为刚果(布)职业教育体系建设提供了新思路。
  刚果(布)技术职业教育部行政和人力资源处负责人鲍里斯・赫尔曼・莱基比表示:“我们在刚果(布)也在探讨怎么通过职业教育去帮助农村贫困地区的人口致富,今天上午在王老村发现非常多好的经验可以借鉴。中国重汽是刚果(布)最大的重卡供应商,我们希望有朝一日能够把我们的学生送到这里学习中国汽车制造和修理等,同时也欢迎中国的职业教育从业者去刚果(布)进行相关培训和职业教育。回国后,我会把这些宝贵的经验分享给我的同行。”
  Recently, the Vocational Education Training Class of the International Business Officials Training College of the Ministry of Commerce in the Republic of the Congo visited Jinan for an inspection. They focused on visiting Wanglao Village in Xuye Sub-district, Laiwu District and Jinan Truck Co., Ltd. of Sinotruk Group, conducting in-depth research on the innovative practices and rich achievements of Laiwu Vocational and Technical College in promoting rural revitalization and the construction of an industrial strong city through vocational education. Members of the training course highly praised the college's rural revitalization model of "skill empowerment + industry-driven" and its experience in deepening the integration of industry and education to serve the regional economy, believing that it provided valuable references for the development of the Republic of the Congo.
  During the visit to Laiwu Vocational and Technical College, the trainees of the Vocational Education Training Class of the International Business Officials Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce in the Republic of the Congo listened to an introduction of the college's situation. The participants of the training course expressed their gratitude to the Chinese side for their warm reception and meticulous arrangements. They hope that through the training, the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in the field of vocational education can be further strengthened, advanced experiences can be actively drawn upon, and the in-depth integration of vocational education in the Republic of the Congo with rural revitalization and industrial development can be promoted.
  Laiwu Vocational and Technical College stated that the visit of the vocational education training class from the Republic of the Congo this time has established an important platform for vocational education exchanges between China and Africa. This training course will showcase the experience of vocational education in Shandong in serving rural revitalization and the construction of a strong industrial city. At the same time, it will draw on the development wisdom and demands of vocational education in the Republic of the Congo. Through mutual learning and exchange, it will deepen the understanding of each other's vocational education systems, enhance friendship, build consensus, and jointly explore new paths for vocational education to empower development, writing a new chapter in vocational education cooperation between China and Africa.
  Before the meeting, the delegation visited the school's Department of Cultural Relics and Art, Department of Pharmacy and Food Science, and Department of Intelligent Manufacturing (Mechanical Engineering Training Center, National Powder Metallurgy Intelligent Manufacturing Virtual Simulation Training Base). Understand the school's exploration and innovation as well as the application of achievements in fields such as the inheritance of traditional craftsmanship and the development of cultural and creative products, biomedicine and food safety testing, advanced manufacturing technology research and development, and the application of virtual simulation teaching. During this period, Fu Zhiduan, the secretary-general of the Expert Committee for Teaching Diagnosis and Improvement of Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province, delivered a report on the general situation of vocational education development in Shandong Province. He systematically explained the measures and achievements made by Shandong in the construction of the vocational education system, policy innovation in industry-education integration, the school-enterprise collaborative education model, and the improvement of the quality of skilled talent cultivation. And practical experience on how vocational education can precisely meet the strategic demands of rural revitalization and building a strong industrial province.
  Mabonzo Vital Delmas, advisor to the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education of the Republic of the Congo, said: Through today's on-site inspection, I feel that the practical model and innovative experience of Laiwu Vocational and Technical College in promoting rural revitalization and building a strong industrial city are very worthy of our learning and reference. I hope that this activity can serve as an opportunity to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the school in areas such as the construction of the vocational education system, the integration of industry and education, the cultivation of rural skilled talents, and the training of industrial technical talents. Jointly cultivate more high-quality talents for the industrial development and improvement of people's livelihood of the two countries.
  Wanglao Village in Xueye Sub-district, Laiwu District is one of the villages that Laiwu Polytechnic College has been providing targeted assistance to. In the "Heavenly Street Market" rural tourism resort located in Wanglao Village, the study group conducted on-site investigations of various business forms such as the Xipo Homestay in the mountain village, the food and folk culture street, the art bookstore, and the Yinlu Academy. It is understood that in recent years, Laiwu Vocational and Technical College has proactively aligned with the rural revitalization development strategy. Centering on the needs of comprehensive rural revitalization, the college has leveraged its professional and talent advantages to establish a Rural Revitalization College. In the process of serving rural revitalization, it has set its goals, worked meticulously and continuously, and achieved a number of practical, theoretical and institutional results. It has blazed a replicable and scalable path for serving rural revitalization.
  Today, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the new look and changes in China's rural areas. This on-site investigation also confirmed the statement made in yesterday's on-site teaching that vocational education must serve rural revitalization. As officials in the field of vocational education, we should learn from the advanced experience of Wanglao Village and cultivate more talents to serve the development of rural areas based on market demands. Armand Ayamepa, director of the Office of the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education of the Republic of the Congo, said.
  Sinotruk Group is one of the key cooperative enterprises of Laiwu Vocational and Technical College. The two sides have carried out fruitful work in the integration of industry and education, the convergence of science and education, talent cultivation, internships and employment of graduates. The delegation of the training course visited and inspected Jinan Truck Co., Ltd. of Sinotruk Group, entered the production workshop and the technology research and development center, observed the operation process of the intelligent production line, listened to the experience introduction of the enterprise and vocational colleges jointly building training bases and targeted training of technical workers, and gained a deep understanding of the practical achievements of the coordinated development of vocational education and high-end manufacturing industry. It is understood that Laiwu Vocational and Technical College, in line with the strategy of making Jinan an industrial strong city, has optimized and adjusted its internal institutions, integrating 9 departments into 8. It has taken the lead in establishing 2 national-level industry-education integration communities and 1 provincial-level city-level industry-education integration consortium, providing precise services for the high-end manufacturing industrial chain. In recent years, the college has initiated 11 strategic projects for the integration of the city and the university, providing over 2,400 highly skilled talents to enterprises such as Sinotruk. The employment rate of graduates exceeds 98%.
  After the inspection, the trainees of the training course expressed that the practice of Laiwu Vocational and Technical College in serving rural revitalization and building an industrial strong city was deeply inspiring. Especially the model of non-agricultural colleges serving rural revitalization, which combines industry, academia and research and attaches equal importance to introduction, cultivation and training, has provided new ideas for the construction of the vocational education system in the Republic of the Congo.
  Boris Hermann Lekibi, the head of the Administration and Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education of the Republic of the Congo, said: "We are also discussing in the Republic of the Congo how to help the population in rural poverty-stricken areas become prosperous through vocational education. This morning, we found a lot of good experiences to draw on in Wanglao Village." Sinotruk is the largest heavy truck supplier in the Republic of the Congo. We hope that one day we can send our students here to study Chinese automotive manufacturing and repair, etc. At the same time, we also welcome Chinese vocational education practitioners to go to the Republic of the Congo for relevant training and vocational education. After returning to my country, I will share these valuable experiences with my colleagues.
