The Moldovan Human Resources Management Training Class of the International Business Officials Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce visited Laiwu

　　近日，商务部摩尔多瓦人力资源管理研修班一行到莱芜职业技术学院访问。
　　座谈会上，摩尔多瓦人力资源管理研修班摩尔多瓦警察总署国际关系部欧洲事务处处长兼欧洲事务司司长埃列娜・特乌图代表全体学员发言，她对学校细致周到的接待致以衷心感谢，并对中国在人力资源开发与职业教育领域取得的卓越成就给予高度赞赏。她表示，此次访问为学员们搭建了宝贵的学习交流平台，让大家收获颇丰、受益匪浅，期待未来能与中方进一步深化沟通对接，建立更为紧密的合作关系，共促相关领域发展。
　　本次研修班除开展座谈交流外，还精心规划了实地参访内容。学员们走进智能制造系机械工程实训中心、虚拟仿真实训中心，药品食品系中药标本馆以及文物与艺术系实训室，系统观摩实践教学成果，通过体验拓印技艺感受中国文化。随后，前往中国重汽集团济南卡车有限公司，实地考察企业生产运营现状，深入学习人力资源管理实践经验。
　　本次访问活动不仅搭建了中摩双方坦诚交流、互学互鉴的坚实桥梁，也通过实地观摩与企业调研，生动展示了中国职业教育在服务产业发展、促进文化共融方面的创新实践，为两国在人力资源开发领域的持续合作注入了新的内涵与活力。
　　Recently, a delegation from the Ministry of Commerce's Moldova Human Resources Management Training Program visited Laiwu Polytechnic College.
　　At the symposium, Elena Teutu, Director of the European Affairs Division and Director of the European Affairs Department of the International Relations Department of the Moldovan Police Headquarters, spoke on behalf of all the trainees. She expressed her sincere gratitude to the school for its meticulous and thoughtful reception and highly praised China's outstanding achievements in human resource development and vocational education. She said that this visit had provided a valuable platform for learning and exchange for the trainees, allowing them to gain a lot and benefit greatly. She looks forward to further deepening communication and cooperation with the Chinese side in the future, establishing a closer cooperative relationship, and jointly promoting the development of related fields.
　　In addition to holding symposiums and exchanges, this training course has also carefully planned on-site visits. The trainees entered the mechanical Engineering Training Center and Virtual simulation Training Center of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Specimen Museum of the Pharmaceutical and Food Department, and the training room of the Cultural Relics and Art Department, systematically observing the practical teaching achievements and experiencing Chinese culture through the rubbing technique. Subsequently, they visited Jinan Truck Co., Ltd. of Sinotruk Group to conduct an on-site investigation of the current production and operation status of the enterprise and deeply learn practical experience in human resource management.

　　This visit not only built a solid bridge for candid exchanges and mutual learning between China and Morocco, but also vividly demonstrated the innovative practices of China's vocational education in serving industrial development and promoting cultural integration through on-site observations and enterprise research. It has injected new connotations and vitality into the continuous cooperation between the two countries in the field of human resource development.
